Synergy Mind and Body studio on Sunday March 19, 4:30 – 6pm Laurie Hall will lead a Restorative Yoga class. Restorative Yoga is a special practice focusing on total relaxation of the mind and body. Using different poses in which the body is completely supported, the nervous system can settle into a rest and reset mode.
